EVALUASI PENGADAAN OBAT DENGAN E-PURCHASING MELALUI E-CATALOGUE DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DADI KELUARGA PURWOKERTO

Abstract

A drug procurement arrangement is made based on the e-purchasing method through e-catalogues to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of the drug procurement process for the JKN program. Dadi Keluarga Hospital Purwokerto first used e-catalogues as its procurement method in 2021, which previously used the direct procurement method. In 2023, Dadi Keluarga Hospital Purwokerto did not use the drug procurement method with e-catalogues and returned to using it in 2024, so it is necessary to evaluate drug procurement with e-catalogues at Dadi Keluarga Hospital Purwokerto. This research is a non-experimental qualitative study with a case study that describes the obstacles encountered when procuring drugs through e-catalogues. The results showed several obstacles when implementing drug procurement through e-catalogues, such as the system in the e-catalogue not being optimal, drugs being out of stock by the provider, and the delivery time of goods tending to be long. In addition to these obstacles, procurement with e-catalogues is included in the efficient and effective drug procurement method.
