PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT RURAL TENTANG DAGUSIBU (DAPATKAN, GUNAKAN, SIMPAN, BUANG) OBAT KAMPUNG BONGAS KABUPATEN GARUT

Abstract

The DAGUSIBU Program (Get, Use, Store, Dispose) is a program aimed at improving public health and safety in medication use. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of the residents of Bongas Village, Garut, regarding the DAGUSIBU concept. The study used a cross-sectional method with quota sampling and data collection through questionnaires. Results showed that the majority of residents had a moderate level of knowledge (55.4%) while 44.6% had a lower level of understanding of DAGUSIBU. Education level (p 0.04) also influenced knowledge levels. In conclusion, further education on DAGUSIBU is needed in the community.
