IDENTIFIKASI DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS (DRPs) PADA PASIEN PASCA BEDAH SESAR (SECTIO CAESAREA) DI RUMAH SAKIT X PALU
Abstract
Drug-related problems (DRPs) are conditions related to drug therapy that actually or potentially interfere with clinical outcomes. DRP can occur in various patient therapy treatments, one of which is patient therapy treatment after cesarean section. This study aims to determine the percentage of DRPs in patients after cesarean section at Hospital X Palu. The research was carried out at X Palu Hospital, and the type of research used was descriptive with a retrospective approach, where samples were taken from medical records using a purposive sampling technique. The research results obtained from 183 patients showed that the number of DRP cases was 282. Where the inappropriate drug category was 0 cases (0%), drugs without indications, which included duplication of drug use, was 2 cases (0.70%), drug interactions were 278 cases (98.8%), insufficient drug doses were 0 cases ( 0%), and the drug dose was exceeded in 3 cases (1.06%).
