Adolescent reproductive health is an important issue in public health because it is closely related to the quality of future generations. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the level of reproductive health knowledge among female adolescents at SMP IT Ar-Risalah Sukoharjo. This research employed an observational analytic quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. A total of 65 respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. The independent variables included age, menarche status, educational exposure, source of information, parental role, and media access, while the dependent variable was the level of reproductive health knowledge. Data were collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using Chi-Square test and Logistic Regression. The results showed that most respondents had a good level of reproductive health knowledge (56,9%). Bivariate analysis indicated that all variables were significantly associated with the level of knowledge (p<0,05). Multivariate analysis showed that educational exposure (p=0,015; OR=3,67) and parental role (p=0,043; OR=2,74) were significant factors influencing reproductive health knowledge. Educational exposure was identified as the most dominant factor. This study highlights the importance of structured reproductive health education and active parental support in improving reproductive health knowledge among female adolescents.
